Entrepreneurship I Class Description
This
course prepares students in career competencies in food production and service
for a variety of commercial foods establishments such as schools, hospitals,
nursing homes, and restaurants. Orientation to the food service industry and
development of food preparation skilss are reinforced with the operation of the
school based business, Southwestern Sweets. Leadership development will be
provided through the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America.

Entrepreneurship II Class Description
In this course students resume progress in pursing competences in food production and services. Food service management functions are introduced. More in depth information is provided and higher levels of skills are taught. Time is provided for work experiences in food service. Leadership development will be provided through the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America.
